Not AVB, he only signed Paulinho even though he could've done better but hasn't really done horrendously, AVB wanted to keep Bale. I think they should of sold him because the amount of money they got for him was ridiculous, they just should of bought 1 or 2 really amazing players. Arsenal bought Ozil for what around 40 million and he's doing better than all of Spurs' players put together. He could of signed Modric back, he's world class. I heard they was after Coentrao, not exactly world class but he's a step above Rose. I just think it's a shame they misspent it, I was hoping they'd get in the Champions League. I was hoping to play against them because my dad supports Spurs and he acts like they are gods lmfao. 1234(( |

Spurs aren't good at all but people make out as if they're Premier League Champions lmao. They could have bought a decent Midfielder, like Ozil, he could have been at spurs. They could have offered more than arsenal from the hefty dosh they got from Bale ! |

Spurs spent nearly as much on Lamela who has started 1 game this season, as Arsenal paid for Ozil. |

Yes, tbh Lamela wasn't really that good anyway, so I don't know what they were thinking when they paid that much for him... |

Vast wrote Yes, tbh Lamela wasn't really that good anyway, so I don't know what they were thinking when they paid that much for him... They also paid 30mil for Soldado who is very over-rated, did well in La Liga but it's completely different - he can't handle the fast-pace and Tottenham don't play to him at all. His greatest asset is in the air and Tottenham rarely put balls into the box. All their wingers cut in because AVB's been telling them to do that... It's such a poor plan, when Soldado is your striker! The only player they have that runs down the wing and puts the ball into the box is Townsend but his final ball is poor |

I agree, the only times I've seen them cross the ball is when townsend attempts to or kpKyle Walker does a grouns pass from the edge of the box. But I can't say anything the team I support is in the Championship LOL. And you're absolutely right sbout soldado not being able to adjust to Tottenham's play style because he is a slow, lanky bugger eith a decent shot,.. |

People are saying how Soldado is back into his prime & is going to start scoring loads now, just no. He scored a hat-trick against Anzhi. Anzhi. They haven't won a game all season. No, seriously. They have played 19 games this season and are yet to win. |

So true last time I checked they were bottom of their league, shame they lost most of their good players I enjoyed using them on FIFA lol. Unless Spurs change their play style drastically Soldado's gunna have a bad time. |
