You should do your research before.

You should do more research before you conclude which is better. Horsepower does not necessarily mean the total power of the car. It may have less "horsepower", but it has a bit more torque. The price is around $1,000 less for the mustang. Power to weight, track times, 0-60, 60-0 brake time, crash test rating, etc. are needed to determine which is better (We can bring these out if you want o get technical). The fuel economy is greater for the Mustang, as well as the reliability. Its also considerably less weight than the camaro.
