To be honest you can tell half the chelsea transfer rumours aren't real because Mourinho openly said he wants to build a team for the future, so why would we sign players that are over 27 years old (Filipe Luis, Godin, Mandzukic). Signing's like Koke and Varane are more likely.

If Arsenal spent a bit of money and picked up Fabregas and Balotelli plus maybe another defender, they could be real contenders for the premier league and I personally can't see why they wouldn't
