Anyone blaming Gerrard for the defeat might as well leave this forum now. England are not good enough to compete internationally. Where was the criticism for the first goal, where was the criticism for the cause of goals last game?
Although Gerrard has been poor, it is foolish to point the blame at him. Put rivalry aside and actually think for once. |

To be honest before the world cup started I was saying to all my friends that we'd probably lose to Italy and Uruguay and only get a point from Costa Rica, so far that is the way it's been and is going.
It's only after the Italy game that the huge expectation came back. |
