Update time
http://i1314.photobucket.com/albums/t563/Editiionz/IMG_20141031_190456_zpsd5e8d06f.jpg

First off, I would like to thank Buxtyy for supplying me pretty much everything and for keeping it in nice nick and he's generosity.

Sob story out the way, now to the hardware, If you remember my old, blue & white outdated rig, you'll understand why this upgrade is so big for me.

Upgrades
Pentium G3258
MSI Z97M Motherboard
Fractal Design Arc Mini
Corsair Vengeance 2 X 4GB ram @ 1866Mhz

Quit the chat, lets get the pics rolling

Now for the suckky moments
A day before everything arrived, i realised "oh wait, how am I supposed to mount my sedion with the AMD bracket". Frantically looking around my room for the Intel bracket, I managed to find all but one screw meaning the watercooling idea was now useless.

Luckily enough, no one liked my Artic Freezer 7 cooler on Gumtree to buy it meaning I could use that. Though, it needs to be changed ASAP since the cooler doesn't even make correct contact with the CPU. Stoopid mounting system.

Future upgrades?
TD02 - Next month hopefully.
Black & white cable extenders - Also next month
970 - Last on my list
New PSU

Oh Shnap... Another update

You ready?

http://i1314.photobucket.com/albums/t563/Editiionz/IMG_20141106_181930_zpsb63e7621.jpg

Overclockers doesn't disappoint with a lovely bag of Haribo's packed with the TD02.

I think pics first then a rant?

Rant time
So, easy installation it certainly wasn't.

First off, the instructions was vague and not very clear. With only 1 sentence with a few words per instruction, needless to say, I got confused a fair bit.

This is probably the most I've ever raged at at a piece of hardware before. Il explain:
The mobo had to come out just to get the backplate in [case fault & huge backplate]
Screws where to fiddly to get in right
Had to use electrical tape to hold the screws onto the backplate to allow me to put the rest of it back on
Had to fight with the CPU block to get the screws in to the backplate screws - Actually a two man job.
Stock fans sound like a jet engine at the lowest speed. You can imagine what its like at full speed.

Now for just some issues.

The very reason why I got this cooler is what screwed me over - Bloody thing is too thick. I thought it wouldn't get past the ram. I managed to fight with it more so the fans sit behind the RAM but it is defiantly touching the RAM a fair bit.

Its a nice cooler, it sits on idle at 28 Degrees instead of 38 on my old cooler. Looks great but installation took way more time and effort than needed.

The problem i find with the Tundra series is this. The block and rad are gorgeous. But the tubing is DISGUSTING... That's why the H100i was for me.

Very basic, Have a IMac 2007, running 10.6.8 OS X.
Then a Samsung R580 on Windows 7 ultimate, both have 4 GB of Ram, and around 2000 mb of video ram each.
I use My mac for bigger graphics projects, and my laptop for avatars and banners.

This was updated in the past 6 months, and hopefully will be updated again within 3 months (new graphics card etc).

Quality of the pictures isn't great, but these were just taken and it's already dark in my room (that's the UK for you).

Upgrades I hope to achieve within a few months:

GTX 760 -> 970 / AMD Equivalent
New CPU + Motherboard for a black and red theme
A new case (as of yet undecided - a ATX version of the H440 would be perfect).

As it stands, I have:

i5 3470 + H80i (don't recommend the cooler; software is troublesome and for the price I expected better performance).
8GB DDR3
CS550
Zalman Z11
ATX Motherboard
120GB SSD
1TB HDD
500GB HDD Running Mac OS X 10.10.1

Asus PB278Q
Cherry MX Blue keyboard
G602

Harman Kardon Sounsticks III
Fiio E07K
IE 80s
IE2
HD8 DJs
HyperX Cloud

Xperia Z1
OnePlus One

XBOX 360
MBPr 13 inch 2013
