Who would you personally want as Chelsea manager?

I would have kept Jose but in the summer I would have went for Simone, with Hiddink as interim.

Simeone would be a step sideways, he's too much like Mourinho. We need the complete opposite.

Yeah its annoying half season > sack so on, I want a real manager knows what hes doing and knows nice football
