Nobody this day and age has even actually seen him play apart from youtube clips, he wouldn't have gotten than status for nothing though, certainly one of the best.

Yeah i got to agree with you there when you haven't watched someone for at least half of there career you cant judge but just the fact he never played in Europe (by choice) he had plenty of offers makes him non comparable to all the greats that did for me and you can argue he was the best ever player on International level but thats completely different to Club football in Europe.

Understandable why people won't see him as the GOAT though, got a lot of things against him like im pretty sure a lot of his goals were not even in competitive matches

A bit late but glad Neville has finally been sacked by Valencia. He was always gonna fail tbh.

Silly to say he can't go back to Sky imo, he clearly has a good understanding of the game and i'd much rather listen to him than the likes of Redknapp and Henry.
