The "Force Start Game" is in the off host section of BO2 when you have to be host to use it, might want to change that.

It works when I use a pre set gamertag, it wasn't working in my lobby but it worked when I clicked on team deathmatch and worked in the public game.

Just noticed an issue with the BO2 off host section, the rainbow gamertag doesn't work with the option, it just makes your gamertag go black. The only way the rainbow works is if you set the rainbow clantag which makes the whole name rainbow, sounds like an easy fix.
