First, just wanted to say a couple things.
@Mikey, I don't think you completely understand what you're doing. Watched your supplement videos and you don't even know what supplements you're taking or why you're taking them it seems like.
Also, I saw that you said something about how people are wrong about "progress is made in the kitchen, not the gym" or whatever you said and you're completely wrong. No matter what your metabolism is like, if you want a good physique, you need a great diet. Yes, you can make progress without a strict diet but you'd triple the progress with one. If you want a great body, it's made in the kitchen, working out is the easy part.

-Daddy wrote hey everyone i just wanted to ask for a little help im 19 i weigh around 350 i absolutely hate my body but i now its mine and with a little effort i can make it one of a kind im looking for a dieting plan or maybe some exercises i can do that will help me regain my full confidence over my body and help me lose my desired weight which is around 100-200 pounds if anyone can help itd be greatly appreciated thanks for any help
Losing weight is actually very simple. How fast you wanna lose weight, other things could factor into it such as exercise, cardio and other things.
But, if you're not into all that, your best option would be to do the following.

  • Drink a lot of water (~1 gallon per day)
  • Eat less calories than your body burns ( ~ 2000)
  • Stay away from unhealthy fats, sugars, sodium, etc.
  • Try to focus on eating protein, carbs, healthy fats, and meals high in fiber so you get less hungry less often
  • Eat smaller meals, more often, doing so will increase your metabolism thus causing you to lose weight

Although.. depending how busy your schedule is, you could try Intermittent Fasting which allows you to eat more freely.

The idea is for you to have an "eating window" to eat your ~2000 calories per day (or whatever your daily calorie limit is) and fitting in all your macros/micros. But, for me, I eat 2000-2300 calories.

It's easier for you to eat what you want because the "eating window" is small. It's usually 6-8 hours and eating 2000 calories in 8 hours is a lot easier than eating 2000 calories in 12-16, depending what time you wake and go to bed. So, for example, you wake up at 9 am, fast till 12 PM and eat till 8 pm. Once 8 pm hits, you don't eat until 12 again the next day. If you have a busy schedule, this method is very useful and makes it easy for you to eat as you wish AS LONG as you stay in calorie deficit.

Even if i dont know what im doing, whatever it is I'm doing seems to work for me, as i get big quite fast, but thank you for your input much is apricated

The only supplements I use is a myprotein: extreme weight gainer, just to bulk up, and water. Pre workout I'd usually have a fruit salad, then do my workout with plenty of water, then after, get my supplement and a banana. Simple enough for now

The myprotein extreme weight gainer can get really sickning after awhile , when I was using it , it was great and was gaining weight good but just feels like drinking sugar haha and the chemicals in it are so bad for you. I just changed back to normal whey protein and ate more rice instead and I am still gaining at the same rate.

Have been looking at the myprotein website lately and really thinking about getting some of my stuff from there for now on as it is a lot cheaper and will save me some money.

I am in the gym most the time but recently have lost some motivation, the video at the end does make you want to push harder.
