To Dev's since Dev Express is a pain with VS speed and performance I'm moving everything over to Usercontrol's
this way the components won't effect the speed to VS as much, also a plan I want to look into is add all address to a dictionary
and upload the method to the database this way we can hot fix all updates with out pushing a update out(I know **** amazing right)
