I think you used to be able to a long time ago but it's not longer available if it ever was a thing.

it's essentially the reverse of this process.
*Just have a save game for 360,
*load it into your preffered modding tool(horizon, modio, le fluffie, etc..)
    *take your save from pc
*change the extension from ".ess" to ".dat"
*replace the file within the advanced tab on your 360 save
    *rehash, resign
    *load up on 360

will this work 100%, no I've no clue if this works tbh. I remember having pc saves for fallout nv on 360 that had modded .esps on them on a base console, so i can only assume they did something similar here. I know an RGH/JTAG could have been used to import and save them, butttttt I have a feeling that it wasn't as such, but rather something more like this.

If this does happen to fail, I'd suggest maybe changing the entire file name to match your original 360 data's which would be "Savegame.dat" I believe. Could help with how the console iteration will read the save.
lmk if these fail or you need help, but i think you should be go

*EDIT: I feel I don't need to say this, but ffs please backup any saves you'll be attempting this with

Unfortunately no, I've tried in the past but had no luck.

I watched a few YT tutorials as well but nothing seemed to work.

If attempting remember to back up your game save!
