UnrealApp wrote I love how much you update this post. I am always excited to see what you do to the truck because I am in the same 6.0 boat with you and finally started to put new things on mine. Just put a set of front shocks on today! Thanks, and those shocks look good! Sorry I haven't been around much, I had a long road trip that I left on 4/21 for and I just for back on 5/30 lol. Anyway I FINALLY have an exhaust on the truck. I went with a 4" turbo back exhaust and despite everyone's warning I went with the 4" down pipe instead of the 3.5". It is 100% straight piped now, I have no cat, no muffler, just straight 4" exhaust. I didn't go with a 5" because I did really see a big need for the extra inch (even though we all want that extra inch ) I don't plan on adding much more power to the truck since I have stock head bolts and it's plenty powerful as it is. The 5" would just add weight in my case with no extra gain. Also while I was on the plane I found a guy selling a high top canopy so now I have a taller canopy on the truck! https://i.imgur.com/FxsS6ya.jpg https://i.imgur.com/lp09VTU.png Yes the exhaust is angled up a little, this was right after I installed it but one of the clamps was loose so it angled its self up. I set it back to where it should be and tightened it. I might cut the tip down a little since the truck does roll coal because I don't want the "Cummins stain" where the exhaust dumps. |

Is it possible for you to upload a video of the new exhaust? Maybe a cold start(with angry neighbors preferred) |

Maze wrote Is it possible for you to upload a video of the new exhaust? Maybe a cold start(with angry neighbors preferred) I'll do a video with the exhaust, when it's cold it sounds pretty ignorant lol. I have to wait for a good day though, I'm more worried about pissing off the people I live with over my neighbors, hell they all have modified diesels anyway! Just for fun, here's a cold start with the stock exhaust cut just before the cat. I can't really rev it without pissing the family off so this is about as good as it gets for now lol. Soon I'll take it to a spot I can rev it out though (or hope everyone leaves for 5 mins). |

Here is the exhaust!
The second clip at the end is with the windows down. I didn't hammer down too much (75%ish throttle) because the truck wasn't warmed up but between 75 and 100% there's not much difference either sound or power wise lol. And it's all washed and waxed. |

Finally got around to getting some wheels. I went with 18x8.5 American Eagle Alloy Hardrock series 0168. Why? It's got American in the name, love the Eagle, Hard rock cafe is a great place to eat, and 01+68=69 so why not? JUST KIDDING they looked good to me. These only have a +10 offset, I didn't want to go too aggressive but I wish I would've went a little more aggressive. These are still inside the fender a little bit but MUCH better than stock.
