4 days to go to cut 1.3kg, hoping to keep hydrated whilst doing it, a light chest day today with a finish up on abs to get a sweat on. |

Monday chest and triceps: pre workout
Tuesday is back and biceps: Pre workout Wednesday is shoulders and triceps: Pre workout Thursday is just arms Friday is my rest day Saturday is chest again Sunday is leg day: Pre workout everyday hit protein shake and only on hard lifts do I take pre workout |
