My parents buy all my younger siblings toys online, no point driving 20+ miles to a toys r us when you can order online for next day delivery for free.

I think over the next 10-20 years a lot of the stores we know and love will either close like toys r us or just sell the stores and go online only as its easier and often cheaper to just order it online instead of having to drive to the store.

Yeah hits all of the 90s kids to be honest. It's sad to see this happen but it's life I guess? I remember being little at the time buying a few toys from there for being a good boy.

They're still here in Canada.

I think the stores in the USA are the only ones that shut down. I know the stores in the USA and Canada are separately owned. I always pass by the stores when I'm in the mall, still packed with kids.

Everything was too expensive to buy anymore with the economy. Thankfully it's excelling again and maybe they might be able to re-release.
