Yes I can do all of this. I've tried plugins (suggested by staff) still nothing. It worked fine yesterday but for some reason just won't connect today. Yesterday when I had it working, I would also get an error popup when I tried to use numerous features. Not sure what the issue is
Edit: and the plugins link on the website is dead.

Can someone help me? these past two days it keeps saying my machine ID is wrong so i go on the website to put in the on that it says to put in but its not giving me that option :/
