I guess you could call it legit. I sat in a lobby for 25 min waiting on him/her to start all while having to message what I want to the host before the game would be started. During the conversation I learned the only thing you get is unlock all only. No menu, no infections, no fun mods, not even any play time in the lobby. The game is started, before you can spawn in you have received unlock all and the game is ended. He/she was a little on the rude side also.
