You would just need another platform with Fortnite to spend it on and all the purchased skins/purchased items will appear on your ps4. You would need an Xbox, PC, or Mobile Fortnite to see the vbucks and spend it in the shop.

Basically, aslong as you use the same account, all unlocked skins and purchases carry over through platforms.

And no it is not bannable

He should be.. as prices of vbucks are so low in other countries. Multiple method of doing this yourself such as samsung method or even gift card method works. Both save you more than $70
