To do this on console you must change your language to this..

There is: language, language region, and location settings.

Have tried on PC, Mobile, and Xbox.
One Xbox one will have to change the actual Xbox Settings, on Mobile and PC you can do it like he did in the video.
The event picture when you switch to Korean is different now and doesn't show the skin.
Also, for some reason, my Playground games won't end, the Storm has not started moving in so I'm gonna sit out the next little bit to see if it starts coming in so I can kill myself.
EDIT: Just read in YT comments that the Storm doesn't come anymore and we have to wait out the whole game for it to end.
Gonna wait for the 29th and hope I get the skin I guess lol

The skin isn't showing in the news for me its showing a Pink PC with eyes and mouth in a pink circle??
