Its my first time building my own and so far I am trying to go for the best I can - my budget is around 600-700.

AMD Ryzen 5 2600 6-Core 19 MB Cache 65 W CPU with Wraith Stealth : £168.99
MSI Geforce GTX 1050 TI Gaming X 4G GeForce GTX1050TI Graphic Card 4096 MB : £175
B450M GAMING PLUS (SOCKET AM4) DDR4 MATX MOTHERBOARD : £78.99
Corsair CP-9020102-UK CX550M 550 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Po Wer Supply Unit : £59.99
VENGEANCE LPX 8GB (2X4GB) DDR4 PC4-21300C16 2666MHZ DUAL CHANNEL KIT : £68.99

Total so far: £551.98

please help me finish it - i also don't know what case do get - does it matter or can i pick anyone i want? (case I want: [Minimum post requirement for links]

I also was thinking of getting a cheaper corsair the 450 watt one.

Also just to add I will be video editing/playing some high graphic games (dont mind the settings). Just want the best possible additions for a decent price. Willing to stretch it.

The case just effects the amount of air entering and exiting the case really. Some cases chokes the fans... I would go with a budget case though. Like the coolermaster q300l... I believe that's what it's called. It's Matx and supports 5x 120/140mm fans or 2x 240/280mm radiator. I would also try to get a rx 580 so you can have 8gb GDDR5. Also, if you're worried about the looks I would opt for a semi modular psu although it may cast about $50usd. I do believe you can also find a cheaper motherboard that will still be a B450 board.

It would be useful to know what monitor(s) you're using.

For £700, I'd probably get something like this instead though;
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6-Core Processor (£145.99 @ Aria PC)
Motherboard: ASRock - B450 Pro4 ATX AM4 Motherboard (£71.99 @ Amazon UK)
Memory: Corsair - Vengeance RGB 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory (£117.59 @ Amazon UK)
Storage: Samsung - 860 Evo 500 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive (£71.94 @ Aria PC)
Video Card: Sapphire - Radeon RX 580 4 GB NITRO+ Video Card (£181.90 @ Alza)
Case: Phanteks - Eclipse P300 Tempered Glass (Black/White) ATX Mid Tower Case (£50.99 @ AWD-IT)
Power Supply: Corsair - TXM Gold 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply (£59.99 @ Amazon UK)
Total: £700.39

You could get a 240GB OCZ TR200 and 1TB HDD instead of the 500GB 860 EVO if you want. I probably wouldn't get the Focus G. It's not quite as good as other cases in the same price range IMO. It's not the worst case though. For PSU, the CX450M is 50 quid anyway so you may as well spend the extra tenner on a TX650M. It's gold rated and semi-modular, this PSU could easily last you through several upgrades no problem.

GTX 1050Ti for £175 makes absolutely zero sense. The RX 580 is a significantly better GPU- it trades blows with a 6GB GTX 1060. An RX 570 would perform pretty similarly to an RX 580, so still significantly better than the GTX 1050Ti and you can get RX 570's for £150. Depending on the games you're playing and monitor(s) you're using though, you might want to consider an 8GB RX 580 for £200 instead of either the 4GB RX 580 I included or an RX 570.
