My brother recently ran into some money and wanted to buy a PC so i made this part picker list and wanted some other opinions just to see if it looks ok. If you have any suggestions let me know such as is the RAM speed good/suited for the build and stuff like that. Also i do need a power supply unit and do not know which one to get! Everything in the part picker list besides the power supply we have and do not need.

Edit: The system will eventually have a custom water loop but my brother is just now entering the realm of water cooling with an AIO and is very timid on doing a custom loop right away. And i dont blame him I did the exact same thing with my build (going from an AIO to a custom loop). I told i have experience and could help him, ive don around 3-4 custom loops for myself and friends and none have leaked, knock on wood, but he still wants to ease into and i cant really blame

Well i need to know the budget... if he is going to use it to game or stream... productivity, possibly gaming and streaming. I would still include a link in my next reply.

well the only thing he needs is a power supply unit, So i would set the budget at $2300 (adding $100 for the power supply) or more depending on how much power it needs to be able to run the parts in the machine. id imagine he would be running 4k resolution being as he he already has 2 4k monitors.
