Mikey I need some advice.
I am 6ft 5" quite skinny. I have tried so hard throughout my life to put on weight. I eat a lot, I mean a lot. I've also tried numerous weight gaining supplements as well as very strict "diets". My ideal weight to be would be 14/14.5 stone. Currently (this is the heaviest I have ever weighed) 13.2 Stone. Any advice on what things I should try that might actually work |

That's the only way man, just eat even more you are already doing. Also, you must remember its not all about protein to get big and put weight on. Sounds like to me your not taking enough calories in. What's your calories intake? |
