HELLO TTG

I haven't been on here in years but i figured this was a good place for getting help with a build.

Im looking for someone who wouldn't mind building me a computer with pc part picker. I would like a PC i could use for high-max setting gaming but here is the catch my budget is around 750$ Canadian. I have my own OS so that doesnt need to be included and I could probably use my old PS and/or HD or is that a bad idea the computer is about 4-6 years old but at the time it was super good! I don't really care to much about how it looks I'm just wanting to build it all by hand myself obviously!

I really only play League of Legends and my current PC doesn't even meet the requirements for minimum Rust. But i would like to be able to play some games on high settings that are coming out soon!

So I set the challenge to you guys to make this build possible! Also should I wait until Christmas for price drops as I know i just missed black Friday.
Thanks in advance remember I live in Canada!

EDIT: The case is massive so maybe we could just reuse this? But I kind of wanted something smaller any parts we can reuse?

What is the make and model of your monitor- or what resolution and refresh rate is it?
What HDD do you currently have? No reason not to re-use it, but you might still want to add another HDD. You'll definitely want to get an SSD.
What PSU do you have? Likely worth replacing but might be alright to re-use.

So Im not Canadian so I can not answer to whether there are good price drops on I believe its called boxing day.

I would recommend getting a new hard drive as soon as you can afford it but reuse the one you have currently in the build I made for you.
this build has an ssd that you can put your os on for considerably faster load times.

*just my personal two cents. I think you should save up to 1000 dollars and with that you can get a ryzen 5 and another 8 gig of ram, but at your current price range I think I speced up a pretty well rounded system.*

No reason to 'upgrade' CPU. Xeon E3-1231 V3 is still a fine CPU, it's basically just an i7-4790 with no i-GPU. R3 1300X wouldn't really be an upgrade, and an R3 2200G would make more sense anyway, but that's still not an upgrade from what you've got. Re-use your CPU, Mobo, and RAM.

Re-use your HDD, and add an SSD. You can add another HDD if you want/need.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel - Xeon E3-1231 V3 3.4 GHz Quad-Core Processor (Purchased For $0.00)
CPU Cooler: CRYORIG - H7 49 CFM CPU Cooler ($44.99 @ Canada Computers)
Motherboard: ASRock - H97M Anniversary Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard (Purchased For $0.00)
Memory: Patriot - Signature 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (Purchased For $0.00)
Storage: Crucial - MX500 500 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($96.25 @ shopRBC)
Storage: Seagate - 500 GB 2.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (Purchased For $0.00)
Video Card: Sapphire - Radeon RX 580 8 GB NITRO+ Video Card ($319.00 @ Mike's Computer Shop)
Case: Cooler Master - MasterBox Q300L MicroATX Mini Tower Case ($56.55 @ Vuugo)
Power Supply: Corsair - CXM 550 W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($74.99 @ Amazon Canada)
Total: $591.78

I'd also add another 8GB RAM, you can find 8GB DDR3 for $20-25 used easily.

It would be useful to know what monitor you'll be upgrading to. For 1080p, the RX 580 is fine but if you're looking at a higher resolution or refresh rate monitor, a GTX 1070(Ti) might make more sense;

ca.pcpartpicker.com/product/fVqbt...10710c-10p

You'd have to drop the Cryorig H7 to get the 1070Ti within budget, but that's fine since you have a locked CPU anyway. The H7 is mainly just for aesthetics here.
