Valve isn't done with its 2018 CS:GO content updates just yet, as they have been planning something big to end the year with - Maybe even new Operation?
Now before getting into the exact details of what is expected with this upcoming content update, let's talk about the crux of the matter. The thing which kick-started all of this - the tweet from the official CS:GO account. twitter.com/csgo_dev/status/10697...8464868352 From the tweet, this much is pretty obvious that the developers are planning on releasing something on Wednesday, i.e. tomorrow. However, what some of you failed to notice is that the developers have also changed the game's iconic blue and yellow logo, with a brand new one. This new logo not only changed the color to red but also swapped the character model to one which we have yet to see within the game. Speculations from around the internet are stating that a new Operation is coming to CS:GO, one which will feature all of these previously-hidden features. Check out this video down below for more details on this: Possible Battle Royale CS:GO Operation And well, from what we have been seeing in terms of global trends, what is that one thing that is the shizz right now? Yup, Battle Royale. We believe Valve is working on bringing a BR mode to the CS:GO, and details regarding that will surface tomorrow. |

Too late, but then again, I feel like their numbers have probably dropped a lot cause of the BR hype. |

Lazy... Just slap BR into everything because they think it'll help sales.
This is gonna be their way of finding excuses for adding in player skins so they can, in theory, make more off microtransactions. To be honest, even the competitive people who play this game already call it a joke and bash it constantly. And it's like Valve has no idea what their market for this game is. One week it's a competitive FPS and the next it's a kids arcade shooter with gun skins. Personally, I quit playing CSGO last year after the revolver got released and broke everything and made the Deagle pointless. Maybe this will bring some of their player base back but I highly doubt it. |

It looks so bad it just shows off how dated the engine is. |

Another battle royale? It's just copy and paste at this point, no it wasn't needed |

I always put CS:GO in the "Just got a PC and learning the ropes" type of game before you hop into like R6 and games of the sort.
Personally I only played CS a handful of times at a friends house, and it's that thing like, why not? The games gonna be free anyways now, it'll bring in people regardless ontop of having a BR, could be a good starter game before you buy PUBG. |
