please consider moving house You're an ass, it's not that simple for some people. If you can't handle the busy time of the year (that every company has, sometimes multiple times) maybe you should consider a new job. |

I just wanted to touch on a couple topics here.
"I'm on a time limit, so please hurry up" "Don't open the door half naked" It might just be because of my location but I get a delivery window usually of between 10AM and 6PM. Sorry if I'm making dinner and the water is boiling over, or sorry if you caught me as I'm taking a shower. Perhaps limit the delivery windows to an hour? A half hour would be great? Maybe a notification that I should be ready to take delivery within the next 30 minutes. I know this isn't for you as a driver, but still, companies set drivers up for failure this way. "If you live in a flat/apartment, don't always expect us to come up to the top floor for you" Sorry, this one made me laugh a little. When I type in my address or apartment number and I pay for your service, I'm paying for you to take it there, not to meet you half way... |
