I'm on windows 10 and I was using my bluetooth earphones and all of a sudden they stopped working, when I went into the settings the ability to turn bluetooth off/on disappeared. I've done everything the suggested around the internet including installing new drivers etc but nothing works, can someone maybe help?
+Rep for any useful help of course |

I assume you have a laptop? Have you tried a keyboard shortcut to re-enable Bluetooth? |

Select the Start button, then select Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot . Under Find and fix other problems, select Bluetooth, and then select Run the troubleshooter and follow the instructions. An outdated or incompatible driver can cause Bluetooth problems. |
