where do I find that number is it on the power supply like a little sticker?

Yes there should be some sort of identifying sticker on it that will tell you the model number or at least the wattage.

Assuming this is a prebuilt, odds are you'll want to upgrade it when you buy a new GPU, as the prebuilt ones are typically barebones low wattage units.

can I pm you the number

If you want to sure, but posting it on the topic would be easier as you'd be able to get help from the section as a whole rather than just me.

ok I think its 16080045597

Doesn't seem to be a matching number, could you take a picture of the PSU sticker and we could probably identify the model for you. Also could you give a rough estimate of your budget for upgrades?

I cant find the number but its 500W

On the same sticker, there should be some sort of manufacturer and model name. The wattage alone doesn't tell us a whole lot, you will still want to replace the PSU if it is low quality.

What case do you have? If it's a pre-built, the model name of the system should be enough.

What monitor(s) are you using?

Is there a specific GPU you had in mind that you wanted to purchase, or did you want advice on a GPU to get?

We also still need a budget and currency to be able to recommend anything.
