Sadly not. Prices went sky high after they stopped people being able to transfer accounts, I'm sure they go by the cash and level plus the price of shark cards. It works out to be as expensive as it would buying the shark cards but the amount would be a lot cheaper than purchasing the shark cards. If you're really into GTA then it might be worth it if you were thinking about buying in game cash

Someone might sell it cheap, I don't know the prices lately

From what i've seen some people charge 10 cents per million. But most accounts i've seen are upwards of $200 or $300

Crippy wrote New accounts haven't been able to be made since March of 2017 is why they're so expensive. If you find one super cheap I'd avoid it unless it's from a known trusted member. Most people won't let them go cheap unless it's a spare that they've gotten bored of since people still buy them left and right for top dollar.
