Play with friends and watch videos. In lower ranks dribbling and flicks could get you to plat. Then you will need to start practicing ariels to strive for diamond. Positioning is also very important. Google some videos on Rocket League positioning. Also, do the striker, Ariel, and save custom training packs and complete them with ease. Last tip I have is to make sure your camera settings and settings in gerneral are comfortable and efficient. Maybe even look at some pro settings. Training room is your best friend! |

Most of the trainings are ariels or more advanced shots. You also won't be able to dribble or flick. Best thing to do is get consistent at hitting the ball and work on boost/car control. A lot of low ranks completely miss a rolling or stationary ball due to a combination of not reading/tracking the ball, going too fast and boosting, then not being able to handle the car's speed which means they over or understeer. |

I agree 100%. My comment is really once you have what you said down. Also, are you GC or GM? |

Just keep playing and you'll get better. I personally don't think any of the training really helped besides for the goalie ones when you very first start. (just to get the hang of getting off the ground)
You also never want to be stationary when playing always keep your car moving. Even in the net just go back and fourth so you can line your car up with the shot. |
