I had purchase a recovery from the sticky forum for bo4 recovery I paid him and waited 2 days for my recovery he didn't start my account on his form it says 1-2 days max if not he will issue a refund I kindly asked him for a refund and he blocked me now I'm out of the money I have proof of all our messages and payment
