| My computer keeps on restarting and will never actually load up. This is a common issue with Windows 10 and I've had this problem before, and I had to get a new hard drive. Anyone know how I can fix this? |

| Doesnt seem like a hdd issue. Sounds like a faulty windows startup. If anything just factory restore it instead of buying new hdd. Id need more detail tho to recommend other fixes if any apply |

I'd get a USB download of Windows 10, boot into it and repair your Windows. You can do this with this Guide
