So I got ripped off on a Ps4 when I plug it in & turn it on it says system storage error hold down power button for 1 second. Looked it up it said take HDD out n put it back in I've done that and it still doesnt work.. Really not used to Ps4 always been on xbox. Can someone help me? |

To be honest I would of returned it and got a new one. Call Sony and have them help you. That's what I recommend man, I don't suggest you getting advice from anyone that ain't working for Sony, that shit is too expensive to be played with. I'm from Xbox too and I just got a PS4 recently. |

Not sure what the error is exactly but have you tried booting it up in safe mode and reinstalling the latest update? Most of the time that will fix any kind of HDD error. If you try replacing the HDD and doing the step mentioned before then it might also work but if you don't want to spend any more money than I suggest taking pictures of the error screen or at least posting the error code. |

I Ended up switching the harddrive and that worked. |

Take the HDD out and swap it with a new one this should fix the entire issue if not its most likely a hardware issue but mostly its an HDD problem. The guy that owned it corrupted the HDD doing stupid things, so change the HDD and it will work like a charm. |
