I tried to stay a little budget friendly but this is also my first list im comfortable with, wondering if I should swap the 970 for a 1030? I can buy a used 970 for around $130, but a 1030 also runs less than $100. Feel free to correct the list or post a new one! I know GPU's are hardly needed for a streaming pc.

How is this budget friendly when you haven't given us a budget to work with?

Either way if your gaming rig has a RTX 2080ti in it then I would be using NVENC to stream. Nvidia's latest version of NVENC is actually quite competitive in terms of quality results against x264.

I would give streaming with NVENC a try first before thinking about a second rig for just streaming. NVENC hardly impacts FPS at all and you'll only be streaming at a max of 60FPS anyway.

NVENC does not give the quality I want, thats the entire reason im doing a dedicated PC.
