What is one food you would recommend for somebody to try at least once?
it can be any food whether it's from your nationality or something maybe your grandparents made anyting. I'd recommend for somebody to try sauerkraut. Sauerkraut is a type of fermented cabbage. I am German and this comes from my nationality. Growing up my Papa would me it and leave it in a jar. And it never goes bad and you can eat it years and years later. So if you ever interested in trying some German based food try this. |

Try a medium rare steak. A lot of people eat steak but won't eat it with it being pink. People are afraid it will taste gooey or not taste good at all, or it will get them sick. It taste great, you actually get a lot of more seasoning out of it tbh, and it isn't tough obviously and just chewy. |

Id say a polish boy, a lot of people actually never heard of it, when i mention it to my friends they're all confused. It's pretty much a tough hotdog with barbeque sauce and fries topped off with coleslaw. Super unhealthy to eat all the time but always good once and awhile.
If it's something that my family makes, it has to be mexican cornbread. I'm a fiend for it during the holidays, it's pretty much buttermilk cornbread on the top and bottom with jalapenos, taco cheese, meat and a little sugar on the inside |
