Hi, I bought a Brand new Xbox one elite controller and once I've connected it to my console and started using it in game I've noticed the view button needs extra pressure for it to recognise its being pressed and even then it still doesn't work maybe 50% of the time, I noticed the view button and the menu button both don't sit as high as the original xbox one controller and they don't have the kind of 'springy' feel when pressing them down, I don't know if this means it's faulty or if it's the design of the controller, I don't want to have to send it back if it's supposed to be like that, so if anyone has any ideas on if it's faulty or not then I would appreciate it.
Thanks |

100% faulty. All buttons should be like a normal controller. I would send it back, or you could even send it to Xbox to get it fixed. Your choice.
My left D-Pad button needs more pressure than the rest but it's a button I never really use so I just left it. |
