when i try to install division 2 it says error and doesnt install it installs then partly in it goes to error then gives me a X

You need to have enough space on your ps4. Try deleting games you barely play and delete any unwanted pictures or clips in your gallery

Try a hard reset and see if that fixes the problem ... I've had a similar problem to this and once I'd switched my PS4 off and left it a while ... I reset my router at the same time so everything got a refresh...
I switched it back on and it worked fine for me

yesterday it did it with division 2 and I got lucky & it installed , but now im trying everything & it doesnt work safe mode everything rebuild database all that.

Sounds like a issue with the console itself .. but I'm not 100% sure how old is the console ?.. and do you clean it as in clearing all the dust etc?..
