I get the same exact migraines as you. Auras so bad I literally can't see, pain so bad I can barely move.
At first, my doctor prescribed me a pill that you take while you're having an aura. You know how it kinda starts before the headache, the "im about to get a shitty migraine" feeling if you will. Honestly, I've never had the chance to get one before the headache starts but I would FOR SURE go to the doctor and explain your symptoms. Even though you've more than likely did that already.

Unfortunately, migraines really suck. Some of the worst physical pain the lingers and there isn't much to do it help. Whenever I get a migraine, there's nothing I can do. I call out of my priorities, get my room as dark as I possible can, and sleep until my body can't take it anymore.

Anime wrote I had a lot of headaches to, how I fixed it was buying a new pillow. It helped a lot and almost never get a headache. Also for you being on the computer, you should be able to filter out the blue lighting. You can buy gamer glasses to help with this, or other things.

Thanks pal, ill have a look into it!

Mob wrote My father had migraines bad, do not really know what triggers them but he had them so bad where his head would get so
Hot we would half to put frozen bags of ice on his head and he would melt the ice man. Sometimes he would throw up cause there so bad or even couldn't see through one of his eyes while having the migraine. He went to a doctor and they put the needles in his head multiple ones in his head and this stopped them for a while. He doesn't get them that much anymore maybe once a month or one every few months . That treatment helped out a lot. I suggest you going to see a good doctor man. I will warn you it is not cheap, we had to go out of town just to get the treatment man. These migraine aren't nothing to play with man, really are life threatening. Really recommend you going to see a doctor before they get worse man. Hope things get better for you.

Damn, hopefully the NHS will cover me or something but probably not. Thanks!

Haha that made me laugh thats so relatable like you have a slight feeling that you're going to get it (for me its a tiniest vision change, then I have a little tiny heart drop moment, thats when I know!). I've tried man multiple times it sucked! What do you do for work? If you get one at work, how do you overcome it at work?

Guess I'll just have to go back to docs

I haven't no, but they cost a lot of money. It's mainly just a side effect of a migraine but uncommon I think. If i was to have it under the NHS then they'd need a better reason as they already know its not affecting me every day.

Switch to a plant based diet, and get off of pharmaceuticals.
You can heal, those headaches are a very real sign of damage.
Most food on the shelf is chemical ridden and genetically modified, a popular and still legal food additive, Monosodium Glutamate, is a flavor enhancer and is found in thousands and thousands of products, scientifically proven to activate brain receptors to a point of nerve death, it has an addicting stimulatory side effect on the brain, similar to sugar.

Most wont put two and two together, most will not ever consider their diet being a reason why they experience such physical outcomes.
Everyone just experiences whatever pain they come across and believe it just popped out of nowhere, without ever looking any deeper...

I speak from experience, from a harsh healing process, not only physically, but mentally and spiritually as well.
