Sorry for the unbury. Just wanted to update. I finally stopped drinking energy drinks. Day 8 right now, so I could still go back but I'm feeling good. Day 5 had a pretty bad headache but other then that all is good. I started drinking Rockstar xDurance which contains 300mg of caffeine... I was drinking 2 a day sometimes 3. So, so far I've saved a minimum of $40 which is awesome, and in all honesty, I feel like I have more energy... I didn't really believe the "crash" you get from these kinds of things. But, near the end of my work shifts, I still feel energetic and I am sleeping better now. |

You will definitely be bloated due to all the sugar it contains, I used to drink it a lot back in high school until I realized how bad it was |

I used to drink 3 1litre bottles of boost a day when I was in sixth form. One day I had one and just collapsed. Went back to school and was taken to the hospital.
I now get chest/heart pains and it beat irregularly sometimes It's just not worth it |
