I just got my RGH updated to 17526. Everything went well and it works however after I put the files from NiNJAs site onto my HDD it will not connect to the NiNJA servers. It says:
Cannot connect to the NiNJA service..... Please troubleshoot your network connection I have my RGH plugged into my laptop via ethernet while the laptop is connected via wifi. I used to do this along time ago but have forgotten how since. I know its something to do with sharing the connection on the laptop but i am not sure how.... I did right click properties on the "unidentified network (ethernet)" and share it but it still wont connect and tell me that I need more ninja time like it always did before. Any advice would be great.... Thanks. Sorry for spamming forum so much. |

I think you'd need to right click on whatever connection your laptop is connected to and share it to the ethernet rather than right clicking the ethernet and sharing it |

I may have misunderstood you but in your original post you said you right clicked the ethernet (your RGH) and shared it, so based on that I was saying to right click your wifi adapter that your laptop uses to connect to the internet and share that with the ethernet (RGH) |
