Id say for USA for the speed limit to be like 70 75 on highway. |

| I would say tinted windows, I know in some states state troopers will pull you over if your windows are over the limit, and put a x in the middle of the window. It's just ridiculous, not everyone wants everybody to know who's driving the car |
