Title says it all. Just looking for a mod menu without wasting money for a modded xbox and the time it would take to figure out how to use it lol

You would need a Jtag Xbox, which is custom modded to be allowed to use the menus/mods on various games. You'll have to source one online and the prices can vary.

I recommend looking deeper into Jtags, as there is a lot to explain and it would be a waste to do it here as my own knowledge is limited.
