Trying to build a PC within this budget to play any game at Max settings, and runs fast when navigating through the OS. Anyone got any build recommendations?

Budget: $3000 - $3500
Peripherals: none
OS: Win10

I already have everything I need besides the build itself. Some advice would be great.

I just need the build for the PC

I already have a monitor/Keyboard/mouse

and it will be windows 10.

What monitor(s) are being used?
Any particular games you'll be playing a lot?
Will the system be used for anything else- streaming, editing, etc?
What currency are you using- USD, CAD, AUD, NZD?

$3000-3500 is a lot of money to spend on a system so it would be handy to have as much info as possible here. Any specific wants/needs for the system, or any preferences for aesthetics, storage, cooling, anything?
