What exactly do you need help with? Setting everything up? Hardware or software requirements?

Assuming you have good software, I'd recommend looking into streamlabs OBS. It's free and you can sign into twitch directly so it can show all recent notifications like followers etc... Really easy to configure and setup as well.

Might also be worth looking into Nightbot as well and doing some basic commands and filters if you want. There are plenty of places to find good nightbot commands that might be helpful.

You'll want pretty good upload speeds. Probably 40-50mpbs or more. Then you'll want a good processor and quite a bit of ram so you can game and stream at the same time.

Edit: I guess 40-50mpbs is overkill. Sounds like you can get away with a lot less.

I only have 6Mpbs up and its enough for 720p with a bit rate of 3000-3500. No, its not the prettiest but it works. Plus, if I have it set to 60fps, it looks decent depending on the game. So 40-50Mbps isn't necessary.

you don't need anywhere near those speeds. I get 18mbps upload and can stream 1080p without any issues. 12mbps is the minimum for 1080p but if it is lower then go 720p.

I will PM you most likely 2maro.

First, you need a decent internet. From my experience, you want at least 10mbps Upload to be able to stream. I've heard people streaming with Lower Speeds but I wouldn't recommend anything lower as I have that speed and I struggle sometimes to get the quality I want.

If you are single PC Streaming on twitch, its pretty easy. Depending on what you want there is a million different ways you can stream. But id suggests Downloading OBS and watch a video on how to setup OBS for Twitch Streaming. Also if you don't have good Upload Speed id suggest Streaming @ 1600x900p or 1280x720p.

There's really a lot that goes into streaming and if you can chat on discord and I can help you out much easier that way.

Better question is, what exactly are you trying to do?

Stream? Okay... What? You need marketing and sales experience frankly. You think EA just tossed Ninja a bone, no there was a deal made. You think Asmongold has all those viewers cheering for the alliance for nothing? The guy bleeds blue and gold. CS:GO is like any other sports show, you're cheering on your team you love. There's always some angle, some gimmick, something. Unless you're female, then just show your cleavage or "cosplay."

If you're looking to just stream because why not? Then I recommend giving your own PC a really hard look at. Then question what do you care for your stream? Would you feel happy with 720p@30 or 1080@60 or higher? Either way you need the horsepower for it. That means a beast rig for pretty much all games today, assuming you think you can get by with lowered graphics. If you think you can get by with lower graphics, I have one good example for you. Watch some ARMA 3 videos on youtube, when you see people with the game and their graphics are garbage the game looks like a mess, but when you see it on a beast rig that game begs you to go play it. Same can be said about Black Desert Online, Warframe, Elder Scrolls Online, etc.

Factors to consider though:
Internet speed
CPU
GPU
Dual Systems
Watercooling
Delidding CPU and using Liquid Metal
Mic quality
Headset you use
Monitor(s) you use
Desk space and setup
PC case(s) used
Your name, youtube name, twitch name, brand name
Quality of stream
Quality of in game graphics
Looking out for new games/ if there's a game you love you have got to be active in that community you need to be that guy with the 10k posts and knowledge galore if you want to drive your views you have to give reason for people to be there. "If the world is vile, one can change it with a stride of good."
Twitter/discord/teamspeak/facebook and feeds to you/your content/currently doing and looking at
Instagram content if any
Your personality, your friends personalities

If you want just a rig to play with..
ISP go for 100 or 200mb. Pref for 200mb+ so you can keep your connection very respectably stable, people will tell you otherwise, but you need to consider bandwidth in your home. More devices connected, worse your latency.
You absolutely need to be wired. Wifi even as it is now, still is not completely perfect and can even chew up some bandwidth a wired connection simply wouldn't.
Background noise, invest in some deadening foam panels or hang up a blanket, something to kill excessive sound.
For the actual PC, you'd really want something that's viciously silent. That means watercooling. You can very easily buy custom rigs these days from places like Xidax, NZXT, EKWB, Corsair, DigitalStorm and more. Nothing wrong with that either. Personally for 1080p@60 I would look at things like:
8600k or better (minor OC applied)
16gb of ram is great to have in general for most games these days, but to stream and run discord, chrome and so on... 32gb.
Graphic cards luckily now have a lot more options to the line, not so much on AMD at least not till the end of 2019 I would guess August or September they'll have their new line up for actual sale. Regardless, 1070 Ti, 1080, 1080 Ti, 2070, 2080, 2080 Ti are the best cards and can all to a fair degree handle 1080p@60. The 1070 Ti and 1080 being a bit weaker though. Best value option, 2070 and 2080.
Good software to use, Streamlabs, OBS, Xsplit. I personally enjoy Streamlabs, it's the same thing as OBS just more to it.
SSDs, don't let yourself get stuck in loading screens. Don't be the person saying "hold on let me move this over to my HDD." Seriously.. Buy good and well sized SSDs and you won't ever look back, buy a harddrive for storage of footage and a big one. 4TB or larger. For an SSD, 1TB minimum. And surprise... Prices on SSDs are a lot lower today. 94.99 USD.

Oh yeah. Price of a new game with a season pass... But so worth it.

That's about all I can think of.
