I never do, I try to make all my scheduled shifts and if I want time off I would book vacation. Never really gotten to the point of "I do not want to be here" |

Previous job gave me a lot of flexibility with PTO (Salary) so I was more liberal with days off when I needed to, current job though I don't have the same freedom so I'm more wary I suppose, 2 months in and I haven't taken time off so far. At least I'm overtime eligible now though lol |
