I'm playing it on PS4.
Watched videos on YouTube for the last 5 or so years and always hoped it would come to Playstation. It's a little more complicated than I was expecting but I'm really enjoying it, and by complicated I mean all of the different button combinations to do certain things and some buttons being useless despite an icon saying you can equip something, when you actually can't etc. I've died probably 5 times so far, the more I die the less I'm bothered about it. The first time I died I was relatively well geared, military clothing and rucksack with a submachine gun, and handgun, both with magazines and ammo, as well as a range finder and other good items. I stumbled across another player at the Southern airstrip and I didn't have my mic, so I listened to him and acted friendly, until he tried to tie me up and I ran off and then got shot in the back. But as many YouTubers have said, console players are currently way too friendly so make the most of players running away, it'll not be long until everyone is a complete savage and shoots everyone on sight. I've played the game for a long time and not even explored the central parts of the map or the northwest airfield. |
