processor: AMD A8-7650k Radeon r7 10 compute cores 4c+6g 4.20GHz
16GB RAM
it runs certain games but not many i thought at 16 it would run anything

Generally, no. It's integrated graphics and will perform poorly. You will be able to do some simple games at low settings.

You're generally going to look at sub-30 fps for 1080p gaming with AAA titles.
