You can find most of them on xboxunity.net. I don't believe they can be uploaded here but I may be wrong

If you have aurora installed to your JTAG, You can find all the latest TU's for all the games you have on there. If not, You can watch this video on how to install it:

I don't even know what tu they are all on been away from modding for a while and I'm using it offline

I literally just download the TUs straight from Xbox live. No issues.

The only thing i can think is downloading the TU from xboxunity.net, manually moving the file into your HDD Contents Folder and mnaully updating it through FreeStyle Dash

EDIT: Attached a video to show you how to do it. Only thing you need to know is how to get your media ID for that game
