I try to run Jrunner and I get this message

sounds to me you havent connected j runner to the xbox properly re look over your wiring. maybe start fresh.

You need to start jrunner offline to avoid that initial error. As for the other error what are you trying to do? It's looking for your console over a network connection, unless you're trying to send avatar or compatibility files to the console I think you're doing something wrong.
