that depends sleep doesnt affect me so it can be anywhere from 2hours to 8hours |

I need about 23 hours to function before I can even function just 1 hour before I repeat and repeat,

Ideally 8-9 would be nice but i get 6 and for the first hour or so im awake i feel dead but once ive started my 12 hour shift at 5am i feel ok but nothing great lol |

Depends on the quality of sleep and what i did during the day before. 6 hours is normally sufficient |
