Could anyone build me a pcpartpicker build for 700 bucks that will be fairly decent? I'm on a budget because I only have time to game about 20 hours max a week.

My current gaming PC is outdated by about 5 years, but I can keep the following items:

My OS
My Case
Monitors
Keyboard
Mouse
SSD
HDD
Fans

While that information is good.. You fail to understand your own question.

We need the information of your current system as a whole. If you've never built a PC before and you don't even know what to look for in terms of your PC and how to get us that information, I suggest downloading and giving us the screenshot from this program: Speccy as it'll show us the majority of your parts. As for your keyboard, mouse, fans, HDD, and PSU.. Those in my opinion would be first to the chopping board. This is assuming you haven't done any basic service to your PC such as cleaning, upgrading your PSU or fans. Mouse and keyboard if not giving any problems or no desire of upgrade, then keep them. But we definitely need to know the condition and status of your PSU and fans. On note, any desired upgrades? Mic, headset, speakers? And you didn't even list a CPU so I'm assuming that's first to scrap along with RAM, are you sure you want to make such upgrades now? Same question for a graphics card.

I though it was pretty simple to understand?

I need everything besides the parts I listed. Simple as that. I built the current Pc I'm on yes. My current parts do no matter as they are all going to be scraped and not used in the new build.

for 700$ you can get a pretty nice upgrade to get you up to date. A complete upgrade would be getting a good 500-1000 watt psu (check PSU teir list for options) which would cost anywhere from 50-150$, I would then suggest getting an AM4 board if your going for an AMD build or get a board that can support intel core processors (AM4 boards should cost around 100-150$), then a cpu upgrade would cost you anywhere from 120-220$ depending on how much you are willing to spend. You can get any ryzen 5 2600 for around 150$ which are not bad cpu's or you can can a ryzen 7 2700 which cost 200-250$, although I would wait till the new ryzen 3k series are released and spend a couple extra bucks for a completely new mobo/cpu set up. Then a good graphics card can run you anywhere from 180-1200$ depending on your taste in product lol. I would recommend an rx590 8gb since im an AMD guy for around 200-220$. Then you would need some DDR4 ram to go with your new AM4 socket board which will cost arouind 60$ for 8gb of ram, As well as SSD and some storage which will cost around another 100 bucks.
So with a 700$ budget you can get yourself:
AM4 Motherboard: 120$
Radeon rx 590: 200$
Ryzen 5 2700 cpu: 150$
500w PSU: 60$
SSD & HDD: 100$
RAM: 60$
which would be a nice upgrade and complete build along with a case and some fans

since you already have the SSD& HDD then you could spend more on the cpu and gpu for better fps and maybe get 16gb or 32gb of ram for your build aswell as considering a liquid cooling set up for your cpu
