If you are having trouble falling asleep though, I'd recommend taking melatonin. That usually helps me a lot. |

Though you're just getting your topic count up, I'll bite the bait because sleep is mad important to me.
I tend to have the same sleeping schedule all week and don't take any "naps" during the day. This whole "no screen time before bed" just doesn't work and tends to make me sleep more since I have my tablet on my bed and I don't have to hold it. So I can just fall asleep to whatever Youtube decides it wants to show me. It doesn't take me long to sleep unless I have something on my mind then I'm pretty much up and about until the morning in which case, the following night, I'll have a smashing night sleep. |
